A rapid growing European Environmental firm require a PA to support their CFO and small office on an ongoing temp basis.

The role:

• Provide diary and inbox management for the CFO and wider team
• Act as the first point of contact for the office
• Arranging travel both national and international
• Minute meetings and collating agendas
• Arranging meetings and catering when required
• PowerPoint Presentations
• Processing expenses
• Liaising with other TA's and PA across the business
• Assisting with the on-boarding of new team members (including IT orders, orgainisng passes, liaising with building staff)

The ideal candidate:

• Available ASAP on going until Summer 2025
• Previous experience in a similar role essential
• Hold strong attention to detail
• Proactive, organised and ability to prioritise essential
• Hold excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Intermediate within MS office Suite
