Quantity Surveyor

1. Project QS or QS Capable of running multiple packages, simultaneously from cradle to grave, with a combined value of circa £20m+ 2. Covering the project for holiday periods when the SQS is away on annual leave. 3. Day to day duties as above, but will be reporting directly to the project SQS, who will provide any guidance that may be required. 4. All aspects of the day to day project SQS role will be required, from tender analysis, to package procurement, pre starts, placing full subcontract orders, valuations, variations and payments, CVR reporting, assessment of any subcontractor claims, issuing relevant notices both upstream and downstream, valuations and payments, chairing meetings as required. 5. Assisting with, or taking on as required, all internal reporting, Monthly Cashflows, Directors Reports, CVRs etc. 6. Locations London W1 – Mayfair 7. The role requirement is full time, site based, 5 days per week 8. The candidate should be a capable, stand-alone surveyor with 7 – 10 years experience, ideally with some Tier 1 Main Contractors
