Sales Coordinator (Groups)

We are seeking an experienced and confident Sales Coordinator (Groups)to become part of our Team at The Ascott Hospitality UK. As our Sales Coordinator (Groups), you will:Support the Reservations team by responding to all group reservations enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring the clients' requirements are met and expectations managedCoordinate requests for proposals and contracts for London propertiesDrive up-selling of rooms, supporting Company's performanceCompile reports as and when necessary and when requestedSupport the Sales team with Groups enquiriesUse RMS system to amend, correct and confirm reservationsTake ownership of all Groups related tasks in the absence of the Groups ExecutiveHandle guest complaints with a genuine caring attitude Here at The Ascott, we promote an Enterprising and Winning Mindset. 2 years previous experience in a similar role is desirable; however we are looking for candidates who have the right attitude to learn, good problem solving skills and the ability to apply these to the job role.
