THE OPPORTUNITIY: We are searching for 3 sales professionals to join an established business within the IT sector. So, if you’re looking for a fulfilling and long-lasting sales career, this role might be for you Joining an existing team, you will be responsible for maximising revenue within new and existing customers , acting as the vital link between the internal experts & customers to offer the appropriate solutions to meet their requirements, and always strive to develop long-lasting and strategic relationships with each client. ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES: Establish relationships with dormant or low spending customers , and prospecting for new customers via email/LinkedIn/calling, etc. Understand customer’s challenges and/or requirements and identify sales opportunities . Lead the entire sales cycle from initial engagement, initiating contact with external vendors/internal stakeholders or experts, drafting & delivering proposals, creating/providing quotes, all the way through to close of sale. Achieve and maintain a solid understanding of all products within the portfolio. Develop strong relationships with vendors and maintain regular contact to gain an understanding of their roles, product updates/launches, ensuring the business gains competitive edge in the market . Use initiative and conduct research on industry trends & updates and competitor activity to gain an edge and provide value to clients. Maintain accurate sales revenue & profit forecasts , account plans, and daily sales activity for reports for the Internal Sales Manager. Ensure detailed notes and records are taken from each customer interaction and uploaded in the CRM . SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 1 years’ experience in a B2B or consumer sales role is essential.Computer literate with extensive experience with the Microsoft suite. Confident, engaging, and positive character, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to build strong professional relationships, using a consultative approach. High level of attention to detail & commercially astute, with the ability to identify opportunities and effectively close sales. Full, clean, UK drivers licence and access to own transport .
