Key Account Manager The Role My Client is seeking a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to manage a portfolio of key restaurant brands and casual dining clients, supporting them with tailored solutions to drive business growth. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including IT Directors, and providing hardware and software support. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that My Client's innovative technology solutions continue to exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage key accounts, building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. Identify and act on new business opportunities within your account portfolio. Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and support, resolving issues promptly. Collaborate closely with clients to generate additional business by leveraging existing and potential customer networks. Develop a comprehensive understanding of My Client's technical solutions and customer systems (full training provided). Liaise with third-party partners and suppliers to deliver seamless service to clients. Essential Skills and Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in Key Account Management, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels. Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to drive results and meet targets. Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to spot and act on business opportunities. Strong analytical skills, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations. Comfortable working within a team and familiar with performance measurement. Ability to understand and work with technology as a product. Desirable Skills Experience in the restaurant industry or a background in restaurant solutions/operations. Knowledge of hospitality technology Understanding of the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operational processes.
