Product Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced software Product Consultant to join our committed team of housing technology professionals. As Products Consultant you will be the bridge between our clients and our product development and customer success teams ensuring potential and existing clients understand and appreciate the breadth of features our solutions provide and how they can transform their organisations through proper deployment and usage of them. Position:                     Products ConsultantLocation:                    Remote / Home Based / Occasional TravelReports To:                Head of ProjectsEmployment Type:     Full-Time / Flexible HoursSalary:                        Competitive + Commission (experience dependent)Key ResponsibilitiesSupport pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and customised solution proposalsConduct product demonstrations to potential and existing clients alongside members of our Customer Success team and other business growth team membersCollaborate with our clients to understand their business processes, requirements and pain points to provide expert advice on deploying our software solutionsCarry out pre-sales discovery meetings, project implementation training sessions, requirements gathering and product workshops to clients to maximise the value and utilisation of our software solutionsProvide insights and feedback to the ROCC Strategic Development Steering Committee and Customer Success teams based on interactions with potential and existing clients and industry trendsAssist in the production of product documentation, product release notes, training materials and user guides to support client onboarding and ongoing usageMaintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and critical friend to help them achieve their business objectives through our software solutionsMentor and guide other team members to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.Ideal Qualifications and ExperienceExperience in UK housing industry, ideally housing technology / proptechDegree level education or equivalent.3+ years of experience in software consulting, product consulting, product management or a related role.Experience in an application support or application sales background in a B2B environment.Understanding of software development processes and project methodologies.Track record of managing successful client relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
