Technical Services Manager

We’ve been tasked with finding what’s been titled a ‘Work Winning Technical Services Manager’ for a repeat client of ours. You’ll be familiar with who they are if you work in office fit out (and if you don’t then it probably isn’t the role for you). What we are looking for is someone who is good in front of a client, someone who can reassure them that all is under control and explain the methodology and rationale behind our M&E solutions. You’ll be involved in helping to secure the projects working alongside tried and tested Project and Contracts Managers, Surveyors, Estimators etc. Relationships with Tier 1 subcontractors would be helpful, although the supply chain is already rock solid (just helps if you know some people from previous work). Then it’s a case of managing multiple plates spinning at once. You’ll have projects live on site, tenders coming through, projects at commissioning stage so the ability to manage and utilise your time effectively is going to be important. Salary £80,000 - £110,000 Lucrative Bonuses (based of % GP on projects you deliver). If you think this sounds like something you could do, then feel free to reach out.
