International Sales Lead. We have an exciting opportunity for a International Sales Lead to join us and be responsible for driving consistent, measurable sales growth across six key brands in designated regions. This role focuses on increasing revenue through strategic customer acquisition, cultivating long-term partnerships and expanding market presence. Additionally, this role will take a lead role around international contract opportunities. Develop, execute and drive sales for all allocated customers in the assigned territories. Develop a sales strategy in conjunction with the International Sales Director to create an infrastructure to maximise growth opportunities in assigned international markets. Drive and secure new business opportunities across the wholesale and contract international market. Delivering against sales targets within expenditure budgets and appropriate margins to achieve profitable sales. Present new collections and strategy to agents, distributors and retailers where appropriate to ensure they are competent with all brands and their products. Drive premium assignments sales across the region working closely with international customer services. Devise effective sales and marketing strategies to engage, develop and manage customers whilst building an effective and cohesive relationship. Negotiate, manage, review and renew contracts with agents and distributors, as required, to enable effective trading, operations and customer relations. Ensure all the brands are fully and appropriately represented in line with brand values. Working closely with Brand Managers and the marketing department. Utilize WG360 to optimize sales opportunities. Share and promote the vision and strategy of the business with key buyers/customers and ensure that they understand the DNA of each brand. Regular analysis of sales information for future product/business development. To understand and utilise appropriate social media in line with the company’s policy. Help with Customer complaints as requested by Customer Services. Achievement of sales budget year on year for the assigned countries – achieve profit. Effective utilisation of Sales toolkit (WG360) to drive sell through. Promotion, distribution and presentation of the brands in the most effective and efficient manner and in keeping with the brand identity. Delivery of KPI Targets including increase in Average Daily Sales and Orders Year on year incremental performance within existing accounts – achievement of target budgets. Direct Sales Reports – Provide prompt monthly feedback to the International Sales Director and international team on significant events/sales within the assigned countries. Customers/Agents/Distributors – Relationship management and business development to oversee revenue growth. Finance – Analysis and measurement of country’s performance. Senior Management Colleagues – Sharing and learning, internal stakeholders. Marketing – Development and implementation of marketing strategies. Customer Service – Review level of service and feedback on performance. Business related Degree or equivalent preferred. Fluency in French plus one additional language if possible. Track record of managing teams remotely. Proven international sales management experience. Relationship management skills and experience. You can build and explain financial models and have strong spreadsheet skills. Comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Professional sales training would be a strong advantage. Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business. Willing to travel to assigned countries regularly.
