Cover Supervisor

Dunbar Education are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work with KS3 and KS4 pupils in secondary schools across Wolverhampton. This full-time position is set to start in September. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of regular teachers. Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure a productive learning environment. Maintain classroom discipline and follow school policies. Support students in their learning and manage any classroom issues. Provide feedback to teachers and school staff on student progress and behavior.Requirements: Experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting. Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude. A passion for supporting students and contributing to their educational journey. Relevant qualifications or training in education is desirable but not essential.Benefits: Competitive salary.
