Your daily responsibilities will be to lead and develop your team, alongside ensuring that products are manufactured to the agreed production plan and standard.

To be successful for this opportunity you will need:

• 5+ years managing teams in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of quality control and safety regulations.
• Continuous improvement practices in a manufacturing setting.
• IOSH Managing Safely or similar.
