Experienced Counterbalance Drivers Needed

More Recruitment are working alongside a client that are in need of counterbalance drivers to join their team, working night shift 21:00 to 05:30 Monday night to Saturday morning. FLT license can be in house but would prefer ITSARR or RITTIB.

There will be times where general warehouse work will be needed to be done so you need to be flexible to do both parts of the job.

Due to location of the client and shifts you will need your own transport.

Pay Rate: £13.60 - £14.10 per hour

Shifts: Monday - Friday Nights 21.30 - 05.30am

Responsibilities -

• Following all health and safety set out by the site.
• Follow all direct orders of the managers and senior staff.
• Meet all demands in a timely manor.
• Your main task will be working on a forklift truck tipping and loading curtain side single deck or double deck trailers in our pallet Hub, on occasion you may also be required to perform manual handling to make good and secure loads or use scanning equipment to scan in and out pallets.

Requirements for the role:

• You must have at least 1 years experience driving counterbalance
• You need to have an in date Certificate, ideally ITSARR or RITTIB accredited, although we can take in house licenses providing you have a copy of it.
• You must be ok working full time and on a night shift.
• You will need a hi vis sand safety shoes
• You will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
