24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 HGV drivers on behalf of our client in Peterborough, PE73.

We require Class 1 HGV Drivers to work on going basis Monday to Friday. Working out of their RDC you will be trunking goods throughout the UK.

Role of a Class 1 HGV driver

• Working at one of the leading parcel distribution companies in the UK
• Trunking work depot to depot.
• Monday to Friday.
• Start time 9am-5:45pm.
• Collections (self load).
• Box trailers.
• Overtime payable after 8 hours.

As a Class 1 HGV driver you will need to have:

• Valid UK Driving Licence with C+E Category
• Valid CPC & Tacho Card
• No more than 6 points (No DD's, DR's, TT's or IN's)
• Drivers with a minimum 12-months tacho history will be required to complete assessment and induction.

Pay rates for Class 1 HGV driver:

Basic - 15.25

OT after 8h - 22.92

No LTD accepted

Guaranteed 8hrs paid per shift
