Our client is a renowned Ship owner in the Cruise industry. We are working with them to help identify their next Driector of Strategic Projects and Refits. In this role you will have complete autonomy over a fleet's lifecycle, including scheduling regular refits and retrofits to keep pace with the industry. You will have responsibility for a circa $100m budget and you will be accountable for ensuring the budget creates lasting value for the business. Our client is an icon in this industry and regualrly promotes from within. This role is a rare opportunity to join at a senior level from another business.
