Position: Managing Director Location: UK (To be shared under NDA) Industry: Automotive Package: £150,000 Total Package We are currently conducting a confidential search for a commercially astute and dynamic Managing Director to lead and expand the UK division of leading Tier 1 Automotive supplier, a global leader in the automotive industry. The business is renowned for its innovative solutions and high-quality products, serving a diverse range of automotive manufacturers worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a robust commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market share. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and enhancing existing relationships. Oversee sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market demands. Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and partnership agreements to maximize profitability. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring sustainable growth and cost efficiency. Drive operational excellence, optimizing processes to enhance productivity and quality. Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications and Experience: Proven track record in a senior commercial leadership role within the automotive industry. Strong strategic mindset with a focus on business development and revenue generation. Exceptional financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L. Demonstrated ability to drive growth, develop new markets, and achieve business objectives. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is highly desirable. Why Join?
