Duties Painting Decorating Plastering Replacing doors / handles / locks Tap temperature readings Replacing lamps Basic plumbing Emergency light testing Carpentry - repairing skirting, doors, furniture assembly Minor electrical work - replacing sockets, changing plugs changing filters on AC units Assisting/shadowing M&E engineers with larger works Requirements Motivated, career driven and desire to learn more skills Ciity & Guilds in any trade (desirable, though not essential) Live within daily commute of Dartford Full unrestricted right to work in the UK Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
