Package : Salary £45k to £47k salary range Mon to Fri days - no nights Van & Fuel card provided Company pension 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday Requirements: City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical or electrical field 18th Edition (desirable, not essential) F-Gas qualification (desirable, not essential) Duties: Splits/multi-splits - filter changes, condenser changes, re-gasing VRV/VAV/VRF - filter changes, condenser changes, re-gasing Reciprocating, scroll and centrifugal compressors changes Chillers - condenser changes, re-gasing Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans Pumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls Ensuring all works carried out are logged Raising quotes for clients Signing off jobs once complete Liaising with subcontractors and Facility Managers on a regular basis Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
