This hybrid role, based in London, is crucial to driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our portfolio of fashion, beauty, and cosmetics clients. As the Business Development Manager, you will identify new markets, engage with potential clients, and develop strategic partnerships that align with the agency’s expertise and creative vision.Key Responsibilities:Drive New Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fashion, beauty, and cosmetics sectors. Generate leads, conduct market research, and use your industry knowledge to engage potential clients who align with our agency’s niche.Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to tailor our services effectively and create customised proposals that demonstrate the value Jennifer &Co can bring to their brand.Develop Sales Strategies:Work closely with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy. Identify key target markets, create sales plans, and set measurable goals to drive revenue growth and brand recognition for Jennifer &Co.Pitching & Presentations:Lead the development and delivery of client presentations, pitches, and proposals. Showcase the agency’s expertise, highlighting our services in brand management, digital marketing, content creation, and business consultancy to win new accounts.Collaboration & Coordination:Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and strategy departments, to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients and to support the execution of campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations.Market Analysis & Trends:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the fashion, beauty, and cosmetics industries. Analyse market movements, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.Reporting & Metrics:Track and report on business development activities, ensuring accurate records of leads, contacts, and pipeline stages. Use analytics and KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies as needed. Key Qualifications & Skills:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or creative marketing industries.Strong understanding of the fashion, beauty, and cosmetics markets, with a proven track record of securing new business and building client relationships within these sectors.Exceptional ability to generate leads, pitch creative ideas, and negotiate contracts with clients.
