Workday HCM Technical Lead

Empiric are working with a leading client in the UK to bring on a Workday HCM Technical Lead to help support their current BAU Functions on a freelance basis.

Overview of the role:

As the Workday HCM Technical Lead you will be responsible for working on the statuary changes due to the business risks, as well as the constant business changes needed for multiple unions and work councils.

Skills Required:

We are looking for a skilled Workday Developer, who has hands on experience across multiple HCM modules including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation & Advanced Compensation, Time and Absence.

As well as this, the right profile will have to have had experience leading a team of other Workday Developers on both a Permanent and Freelance aspect.
