Engineering Manager Essex Up to £80k plus package The Engineering Manager will have a responsibility to ensure the efficient operation and longevity of industrial milling and packaging machines. The Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in the servicing, maintenance, and repair a range of equipment used across the business. Key duties and responsibilities * Ensure Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety policies. * Follow BRC and external standards; comply with CCPs in the site HACCP plan. * Actively contribute as a senior leadership team member, guiding the business towards future success. * Oversee health, safety, and environmental protocols for your team, contractors, and controlled work areas. * Prioritize day-to-day machinery and equipment maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
