You may be sure that attending our school will never be the same and that you will be able to positively touch the lives of numerous children on a daily basis.Your incredible benefits from this role are:Caring & dedicated co-workersCareer progression opportunitiesDedicated consultant to support with CV, application and interview processCompetitive pay rates and best salary in the marketAccess to a free CPD course and Safeguarding Training from RandstadEarn £300 in shopping vouchers through our Refer a Friend bonus schemeResponsibilities:Assist students with SEMH needs one-on-one and in small groups, helping them with assignments and encouraging positive behaviour management techniques.Keep track of and document student's progress while giving teachers feedback and adding to assessment reports.Give teachers regular feedback on their pupil's development.Organizing and funding intervention activitiesParticipate in a variety of classroom activities and contribute to the school's overall good environment.The ideal candidate must have the following requirements:Require 2 proven professional referencesLive within the UK and be authorised to work in the UK.Have an enhanced DBS on the update service (willing to get one) Work with children who have exceptional educational needs with sincere dedicationKindness, understanding, and a patient manner when assisting young studentsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to forge bonds with parents, teachers, and studentsResilience and adaptability, flourishing in a variety of dynamic educational environmentsWhile not necessary, prior experience in a related position or pertinent credentials in special education are preferredReady to Make a Difference?
