About Uncoded:Uncoded is a technology consultancy dedicated to guiding clients through the visioning, design, delivery, and support of technology solutions within the commercial real estate space and we are always on the lookout for exceptional individuals to join our dynamic team.About the role:As an Executive Assistant at Uncoded, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to our two co-founders and the wider business. This is a unique opportunity for someone wanting to progress stepping into an EA role and gain hands-on experience working closely with leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.You will play a crucial role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and acting as the first point of contact for the co-founders. The ideal candidate is organised, personable, and able to multitask efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Co-Founders and wider business as needed, including assisting with presentations, ensuring high-quality standards and version control.Diary Management: Efficiently manage a complex schedule, coordinating meetings, calls and events, ensuring their time is efficiently managed.Inbox Management: Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the co-founders, ensuring timely responses and prioritising urgent matters.Meeting Management: Support internal and external meetings when required by taking minutes and capturing follow-up actions that are tracked and completed.Greeting external guests where required, preparing meeting rooms, compiling all required materials, organising food and beverages, technical setup, and subsequently clearing down of meeting rooms.Expense Management: Support the Co-Founder’s expense management on Pleo, streamlining the reconciliation of expenses.Key Qualifications:Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Front of House, customer service representative, or similar).Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Key Competencies: Proven exceptional organisational, prioritisation and multitasking skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.What can Uncoded offer you?We actively encourage growth and development and provide an environment that will support you expand upon your capabilities.We offer an attractive compensation and benefits package.You will have vast involvement with some of the largest brands/companies.We support hybrid working with a centralised London office based in Covent Garden.We provide a collaborative, dynamic, and inclusive work environment where everyone is valued.Uncoded are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all and celebrate diversity, recognising that diversity of thought and background builds stronger teams.We actively welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and assure you that every candidate will be thoughtfully considered for the roles we represent, without regard to race, religion, gender expression, disability, or sexual orientation.
