For this role, you do not need to be an experienced carer or have formal qualifications. Whether you are new to care or have previous experience, we will guide and support you to develop your skills and confidence in providing high quality care for clients with a variety of needs, from companionship to complex care. We are offering part-time and full-time opportunities to visit our clients in their own homes throughout South Buckinghamshire including Amersham, Beaconsfield, High Wycombe, Chesham, The Chalfont’s, Marlow, Gerrards Cross, Bourne End and all areas in between. There are no set hours or shifts – let us know your availability and we will match suitable clients to your schedule accordingly. * £13.50 per hour on weekdays and £15.50 on a weekend including double pay on bank holidays * A minimum of 1-hour care visits with clients * Paid client to client mileage at 0.45p per mile * Whilst the majority of our contracts are zero hours we are able to offer guaranteed and contracted hours in some situations available to provide further security once your probationary period has been completed * Holiday Pay and Pension Scheme * Generous Refer a Friend Scheme using the Care Friends app up to £400 per friend referred * Gain the highly accredited Care Certificate through our Induction Programme as well as paid face to face induction training * Once you have joined us you will enjoy extensive paid training and support throughout your career * Ongoing support whenever you need it, on the phone or in-person * Enhanced DBS reimbursed after completion of probationary period * Employee Assistance Programme We want you to be enabled to build trusting relationships with your clients and feel that you have the time to care properly.
