Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in creating and seeing through all our people initiatives that enhance our culture, making Southpaw a brilliant place to work.You will work closely with the senior leadership team, driving through a variety of people related initiatives, whilst managing the day-to-day elements of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding, championing L&D and the performance review process, through to managing the smooth transitions of leavers.This is a standalone HR role, and ideally, we are looking for a candidate who has experience in an agency or similar environment. But above all, you will be an experienced HR manager, with the drive and passion to bring about changes that are in the best interests of our employees and the agency.So, who are we?
