Needl are working with a fantastic and successful FinTech start up, who need an experienced Head of Sales to come onboard and help with their exponential growth. This person will be responsible for driving the sales team and wider function, taking accountability for: Leading the sales team, Aligning sales activities with the company's strategic goals. You have strong leadership skills with abilities to coach, develop and lead the sales team. You are driven and creative, proactive and reliable and require the same from your team. You have a strong project management mindset understanding what are the numerous critical things that are needed for successful sales process and can implement them in the right order, fast manner and good quality. You are good at developing and implementing the sales strategy but you are also a hands-on manager leading by example and readily jumping into the sales process to deliver the targets. You have previous experience managing sales teams selling SAAS products in different European countries. Experience or strong understanding in the financial sector, compliance, AML and fraud domains will be beneficial. Actively coach, lead, motivate, and develop the sales team members while implementing the sales process.Utilise sales KPIs to monitor and improve the effectiveness of the sales team. Drive high activity levels of the sales team and foster a high-performance culture focused on results. Build and run sales processes: Create accurate sales forecasts, set personal quotas, and implement sales initiatives to meet sales objectives. Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on sales performance, challenges, and strategic opportunities. Analyse data to identify sales trends, opportunities and risks. Use the data to implement sales initiatives and make adjustments to the sales strategy. Build and own an effective sales pipeline of leads, opportunities and deals to help drive revenue. Manage the sales routines: annual sales kick off, monthly and quarterly reviews, pipeline reviews, revenue leaders meeting, win/loss analysis; Customer relationship management: Build and develop relationships with key customers while actively networking and pursuing new business opportunities; Collaborate with marketing, product, customer success, revops teams to ensure alignment and enhance sales processes.
