Group Financial Controller (SME)

Group Financial Controller | London | Consulting | £75,000 to £90,000 + bonus & benefits

Goodman Masson are exclusively partnered with a rapidly scaling, highly profitable Professional Services/Consulting business on their search for a new Group Financial Controller. The role will manage a team of 6 (commercial finance, Management Accounts team, transactional finance and FP&A). Reporting to the CFO.

General responsibilities:

• Consolidated statutory and management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Lead finance transformation projects
• Budgeting, forecasting and all commercial finance activity - helping to scale the organisation through strategic analysis
• Audit management
• Tax & treasury
• Internal controls
• Cash flow & working capital management
• Developing processes and instilling financial discipline
• Co-ordinate with the Divisions their input into Group Business Planning
• Varied, operational business partnering across various non-finance divisions

About you:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA), can be Senior Manager from a mid-tier practice firm, or someone who has relevant industry experience.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables & Formulas)
