Paralegal Manager

London Based position Permanent Hybrid working Generous salary We are currently supporting our Global Private Practice client who are recruiting for a Paralegal Manager to support their Transactional OR Property Planning Team. This is a great position for someone who has not only a significant understanding of either Transactional Management OR Planning, and also has management experience! The position will involve: Line manage a team of paralegals focused on delivery of work to both lawyers and external clients. This will include day to day supervision, training & development, and management of direct reports? Develop effective working relationships across relevant practice groups and sectors ? Work with Resource Management to effectively manage the allocation of work, and monitor/manage capacity and workload levels Resource planning, quality assurance, output/efficiency reviews and progress reporting? *Please note, this is not the full job description*
