Technical Project Manager - Tech Consulting

What You'll Be Doing Leadership: Project manage the development team, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. Help our team stay focused, inspired, energised, productive, positive, and unblocked. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Jump in and code when and where needed! Process: Implement the most suitable development processes (principles, rules) for the team. Conduct code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code and adherence to established coding standards. Collaborate with the rest of the HotelMap team to develop the vision and technical strategy to ensure it is aligned with the business strategy and supports business goals. Demonstrate strong project management skills by prioritising and delegating tasks and requests to the team. Strong communication and organisational skills to effectively coordinate team members and ensure consistent use of a unified task management system across the team. Who You Are Demonstrable, strong technical leadership. Strong project management skills to ensure the whole team is on track throughout the sprint and can sustainably deliver high-quality work. Outstanding communication skills. Business and financial acumen. Strong technical chops and deep pattern recognition that informs accurate scoping and the ability to propose several routes to accomplish business goals. Experience working in a remote environment and leading a remote first team. Bonus points if.. ~ Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices. This Role May Not Be for You If... You have a project management background that isn't within a technical space. You prefer to work in a rigid, hierarchical structure rather than a dynamic, collaborative startup environment. You're not a fan of wearing multiple hats and handling various aspects of project management and team leadership. You're uncomfortable with jumping into code and getting hands-on when needed.
