Studio Coordinator - Kennington Films Studios Salary - £25,000 - 28,000 DOE per year Kennington Film Studios is a film & photography studio in Central London, offering 3 sound-treated studio spaces across 4,500sqft and 1 podcast/vodcast studio. We are just 7-minute walk from Kennington Tube Station (Zone 1 and 2). We provide fully serviced and dry hire options for shoots of any size, with capacity for drive-in shoots, virtual productions, large-scale set builds and much more. Clients that have shot at our studio include, BBC, ITV, Prime Video, Sky Sports, Netflix, Sidemen and many more. Reporting directly to the Studio Manager, the Studio Coordinator will support the day to day running of the studio. You MUST be highly organised, with the ability to balance being front of house at the studio, servicing all client needs, and taking a lead in the upkeep of the facility. Time Management along with strong verbal and written communication is key. Key Responsibilities Include: Serving as main POC for confirmed studio bookings, leading on all client requests before and during production - including equipment hire and the ordering of catering The opening and closing of the studios Maintenance and upkeep of the studios, equipment and green room facilities Setting Up / putting away equipment in studio spaces (cable runs, rigging small lights, setting up monitors) Ordering Studio supplies Experience in production is favourable but not essential.
