Packing Operator

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator within a production/manufacturing setting in Rothley.

The wage for the role is £14.49 for all 12 hours of your shift! - Paid breaks! £173.88 PER SHIFT

The shift pattern for this role is 2 DAYS ON, 2 NIGHTS ON, 4 OFF - all 12 hours shifts

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain the running of Packaging Machines
• Responsible for running a log saw as and when required
• Help solve minor issues/breakdown leading to the enhanced productivity of the machines
• Carry out quality checks on productions when required and report any faults
• Carry out small maintenance activities and adjustments
• Support the colleagues in case of need and overview the end line process when required
• To ensure a high level of housekeeping of the working area is maintained throughout the shift
• To ensure health & safety rules are adhered to

Additional Skills/Requirements:

• Experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is required
• Experience working as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
