We are representing a prominent organisation seeking a Operations Manager for the South East to act as the interface between the board, contract management teams, and clients. This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary of 60,000 to 80,000, providing you the opportunity to ensure contracts are delivered to a high standard while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), SHEQ, financial targets, and strategic objectives.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a Level 4 qualification in Business/Leadership or an equivalent industry-relevant course.
• Possess an SMSTS certification and a CSCS card (preferably black card).
• Bring at least 5 years of industry experience in a relevant role.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to report on performance to senior leadership teams.
