Housing Voids Manager

I am looking for a Housing Voids Manager. As the Housing Voids Manager you will be working for a London Borough. This is an interim role initially for 6 months. £450/day.· Lead the management, design, development, co-ordination, implementation, delivery, and contract administration of the Council’s void properties.· Attend site to supervise works in progress for quality and conformity to specification.· Be responsible for the establishment, management and delivery of projects within allocated budgets· Prepare and maintain up-to-date project plans and supporting documentation and ensure a robust approach to project governance aligned to Council policies and procedures.· Ensure a robust approach to issue resolution and risk identification and management.
