We are looking for a highly skilled Analytics Associate Director to join our amazing data team at Digitas. Constellation is a cross-functional team that partners with Samsung across Paid media, Owned media (CRM and Customer Marketing) Data & Analytics and Commerce Succinctly tell stories that change marketing behaviour, media planning, delivering measurable business uplift Improve the cross-channel feedback loop between insight & recommendation, ensuring data-informed hypotheses form the foundation of all future activity Continue to refine & formalise an always-on cross-division testing programme Most importantly, you will need to be a great people manager, motivating & growing talent as well as a leading & inspiring your team to deliver robust & clever work that creates value Has a track record of working collaboratively with technology, strategy & creative teams Experience in managing performance marketing teams across acquisition, in-life & retention programmes Experience of working with Media planning teams and strategists Expertise in Paid Media analytics, digital media platforms, onsite KPIs, ways of working Track record of extracting insights from data & using them to tell compelling stories to senior decision-makers Awareness of work ranging from Data Visualisation, Media, CRM, Web & Social Analytics, Statistics, Data Sciences & Data Engineering Ability to manage multiple workstreams, distribute tasks, manage priorities and ensure quality delivery on time Leadership and significant people management experience of driving teams to deliver great work, stay motivated and enjoy their jobs In addition to the classics, Pension, Life Assurance, Private Medical and Income Protection Plans we also offer; WORK YOUR WORLD opportunity to work anywhere in the world, where there is a Publicis office, for up to 6 weeks a year.
