We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join a PropTech client of ours, based in Caton. This is a hybrid working role, a mix of office and home working, and is best suited to somebody that has telephone based sales or estate agency experience. On offer is a basic salary of £25,000 per annum and on top commission, with a total OTE up to £33,000.
The role of Business Development Executive involves:
- Generating new potential leads from Estate Agency clients for the BDM team.
- Converting of self-generated leads with clients.
- Maintaining ongoing client relationships and keeping in touch.
- Working with new and existing Estate Agency clients.
- Bringing in new business opportunities for auction properties from clients.
- Promoting referrals from clients to increase sales opportunities.
For the Business Development Executive, you need:
- Previous Estate Agency or Sales experience.
- Must love speaking to new people and building relationships.
