Generous discount scheme, including gym and retail Life assurance cover Health cash plan initiative A culture of progression and development Plus many more perks Key Duties: Build rapport and develop relationships with Surrey County Council’s hiring community by taking the time to get to know them and understand their vision, both over the telephone and in person. Liaise with hiring managers about their agency, contract and interim recruitment needs, discussing challenges the job may bring, current candidate market conditions, detailed job descriptions and any further information that may help with the success of the recruitment process. Manage hiring manager expectations by flagging potential challenges with their recruitment and working with them to find a resolution. Resource for candidates to meet the needs of the Council within your specialist sector; including advertising, search and selection, on boarding (interviewing), and initial quality checks. Submit CVs via the Connect2Surrey systems. Release vacancies through the agency portal to the compliant external agency supply chain within the agreed response times and key performance indicators. In the case of shift based requirements, confirm previously vetted agency worker to the vacancy. Review all CV’s received, direct or via the supply chain and upload qualified CVs to the client portal to meet the expectations of the hiring manager. Arrange interviews where necessary and receive feedback as appropriate. Confirm agency worker to placement all via the Connect2Surrey systems. What we need from you Proven experience working within a recruitment agency, ideally in a fast paced temporary recruitment environment Previous use of a Recruitment CRM system Ability to adapt communication style in order to suit the audience and the circumstance Proficient use of IT including Microsoft Office packages Capable of organising and prioritising own work load to deliver against multiple activities About Connect2Surrey Connect2Surrey is the in-house managed service recruitment provider to Surrey County Council.
