My client is looking to hire an E-commerce Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll oversee the management of their online sales channels, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer journey. This is a fantastic chance to play a key role in expanding their e-commerce presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain product listings across various online sales platforms.
• Track stock levels and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.
• Enhance product descriptions and imagery to boost conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies aimed at increasing sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital advertising campaigns.
• Use Google Analytics to track website performance and customer behaviour.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide outstanding support.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and industry best practices.

You will bring:

• Experience using the Mailchimp platform or similar.
• Experience of project management is desirable ideally gained within a digital environment would be preferable.
• Experience working with data from web analytics platforms.
• SEO mindset.
• Problem-solver and able to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and able to work across multiple departments.
• Expertise in e-commerce, email delivery and using Google Analytics software.
