Position: Operations Manager Location: Coalisland (Cookstown / Dungannon area) Type: Permanent Salary: Fully negotiable, with exceptional benefits, perks, and career advancement opportunities This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with an early finish Friday. Key Responsibilities: Lead the team in driving organisational efficiency to deliver a world class service to our customers globally. Document processes and systems and implement them across the business. Identify and implement new technology that will deliver an improved working environment operationally. Work closely across all departments of the business to identify and improve business processes Work with the senior leadership team on budgets and forecasts to ensure optimal performance for the business. Resource and people planning to ensure the company has the correct resources available at the optimal time. Plan product launches and deliveries globally Deliver new projects on time and on budget. Lead monthly team meetings across the business. Plan weekly and monthly work schedules ensuring efficient allocation of resources and identifying shortfalls. Ideal Candidate: Educated to a degree level in construction related degree 2-4+ years experience in a similar role The ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions; Sound decision-making skills and the ability to plan and prioritise; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; CSR / CSCS card Skills: Ops Operations Operations Manager Operations Operational Specialist Service Manager Benefits: fantastic benefits package
