Currently, they are seeking a talented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team, focusing on, being Commercial Lead on upcoming projects. Quantity Surveyor Overview As a Quantity Surveyor you will be taking projects from initial calculations to final figures. you will seek to minimize project costs and enhance value for money while ensuring that project standards and legal regulations are met. Key responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, budgeting, risk management, contract administration, and advising on procurement strategies.
