This is a fantastic entry-level position for individuals looking to grow into the role of a tutor while learning valuable skills in education, behaviour management, and personal development.What You'll Do:Work closely with pupils in daily individualised teaching sessionsSupport extra-curricular activities and supervise playtime and lunch on a rota basisContribute to the preparation and organisation of teaching materialsProvide personal care, including toileting and feeding, when requiredEngage with pupils in various physical activities, including swimming, trampolining, and horse ridingUphold safeguarding and welfare practices, reporting any concerns to the Designated Safeguarding LeadCollaborate with a classroom team, contributing to home-school communication and pupil progress reportsYour Development Journey:During the six-month probationary period, you'll receive comprehensive training, guidance, and feedback.
