My client based in Central London is looking for a strong recruitment consultant looking to take over and expand in one of their verticals.


The Role

You will be part of a team working covering the London area. You will be required to expand the brand further through business development. You will be building relationships with new clients negotiating T&Cs and understanding the real needs of the organisations. You will take ownership of the entire recruitment cycle, from business development to resourcing.

This is a role that will give you the opportunity to drive and have a real impact on the future of the recruitment functions of the business. You will become a recognised specialist in your sector and you will be regarded as one of the best consultants in your area.

As you move up the ladder you will have the opportunity to mentor and then lead a team of consultants, passing your knowledge and experience through a structured training program.


Responsibilities include:

  • Posting adverts, screening CVs and interviewing candidates
  • Opening new businesses and securing placements
  • Achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs
  • Expand the company’s existing database
  • Work alongside your Manager and colleagues in achieving your team’s targets
  • Build long term relationships with candidates and clients
  • Be a good ambassador of their successful brand
  • Creating and closing new business opportunities
  • Networking, cold calling and arranging visits with prospective clients
  • Develop and expand a sales strategy


The ideal candidate:

  • Has excellent negotiation skills
  • At least 18 months recruitment experience
  • Confident in meeting sales targets

  • Creative and forward thinking
