What will you be doing? - Take the initiative to research options and identify potential solutions within the industry and from other sectors around the world. - Supporting the business in meeting contractual and regulatory requirements. - Learn to progress the projects through their entire lifecycle, including feasibility, development, implementation and handover - This will involve scoping, designing, management of the supply chain and handover to the user. - Work directly with engineers and operators on the plant and support operational and maintenance activities. - Support shift teams in plant operation and learn site safety rules. Get involved in Health, Safety, and Environmental routines and support HSE-themed project work based on environmental and safety legislation. What are we looking for? - Full, clean UK driving licence - Degree-level qualification in a relevant engineering discipline or environmental (to be achieved by September 2025). - Practical outlook to problem-solving - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work as part of a team - Willingness to learn new things and develop - An enthusiastic, creative and solution-oriented thinker What's next?
