All underpinned by our Passion for audio.About the role: Following on from our series A round in summer 2023, we continue to execute our hyper growth strategy. This role specifically targets the key markets via our direct business model and leveraging our channel partners. The Account Executive will be focused on mid market to larger accounts within specific industries where voice services are key to the customer's business model.. You will be a hungry, high performing sales professional, ideally from the CX, SaaS, or broader customer service space, but to be truly successful in this role you will need to demonstrate clear experience in delivering sales performance within a start-up. This role will suit someone who does not wait to be given opportunities, and has skills in self-generating pipeline through a mix of existing contacts and hard work out in the market. You will be a self-starter and solution minded, a clear communicator who can pitch the big idea, but then follow the qualification process required to evaluate client needs and secure sales.What's cool:Our client, as a brand that lives and breathes audio and wellness, you can imagine the office vibe, we work hard, but we also have a good time along the way.Fully stocked fridge with refreshments, unlimited tea, coffee and soft drinks and of course, Thursday team socials.We are a start up, so you have to buy into the journey, but we are seeking people who stay with us for the long term and share in the company’s success.This role is based at the HQ just off Oxford Street, and we achieve a lot through all working together in that environment, however we operate a flexible working style and embrace the outside pursuits and day to day lives of our team.What you'll do:? Create and drive revenue in the UK and across EMEA within the call centre market? Generate business opportunities through professional networking and self generation? Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, etc.? Travel to prospects, clients and industry events where the role requires it? Build a 3x pipeline coverage of your target within 3-6 months? Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas? Own and help develop the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure? Work collaboratively with channel and ISV partners to identify and execute on opportunities? Accurate and timely updates to our CRM (Hubspot) and accuracy in forecasting? Anticipates clients’ needs, investigates the underlying causes and identifies short and long-term solutions, working closely with our solution engineering team? Nurture existing clients, identify potential upsell or risk, execute the land & expand approachMUST HAVES:? A proven sales hunter and closer, including self generated opportunities, proof points a necessity ? 5 years minimum software sales experience with enterprise clients? Strong preference for experience in selling software (cloud-based preferably) within the Digital & Customer Experience domain (Contact Centre, Customer Engagement, Customer Service, Telephony, CRM solutions)? Strong preference for experience selling into sectors where voice is crucial, such as; retail, financial services, utilities, travel & leisure, telcos, etc.? Proven track record of sales excellence & customer focus, including the stages beyond the sale? Knowledge of territory/accounts assigned preferred? Self starter and able to understand and quickly react to changing priorities? Experience of working within the startup environment, or the clear demonstration that you have what it takes to succeed in such an environment, this is crucial to success in this role and company ? Experience selling at the "C" level and building a mutual action plan that benefits the client?
