Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python)

We are excited to be working with a VC-backed AI-first HRTech scaleup looking to hire 2 exceptional Senior Full Stack Engineers into their UK business, to play pivotal roles in building their next generation benefits platform. Funded by high-profile backers, they continue to invest heavily in their teams in 2024 following their Series B fundraise in 2023, and see now as the perfect time to add more exceptional talent to their already-world-class engineering team. This hire could be based fully-remote anywhere in the UK or hybrid out of their London HQ - the choice is entirely yours. As Senior Full Stack Engineer you will: Play a critical role in shaping, architecting, and implementing their next generation benefits platform, leveraging personalisation, experimentation, and AI/ML methods Apply your expertise in Python and React / Javascript / Typescript to deliver world-class applications as a leader, contributor, and mentor on an agile, cross-functional team Contribute effectively across the tech stack (web, backend, mobile, data, ML) to routinely deliver user and business impact We want to hear from you if: You have the mindset and approach of a Founding Engineer. You love building impactful products from scratch and have done so for at least one early stage startup You have a history of thriving in the ambiguity and uncertainty of nascent projects, and relish the opportunity to shape the future You have 5+ years of professional experience building customer-facing Web Applications with expertise in Python and a combination of Javascript / Typescript experience What do they offer?
