We are looking for talented individuals to join our expanding travel claims department! This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly experienced and expert team, who are at the heart of our business. We love people who are passionate about the customer!

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of travel insurance claims from notification to closure Communicate with the customer and other third parties to gather all required information for the claim Support the customer effectively and with empathy throughout the claim experience Investigate claim details against the policy coverage and follow all claim processing guidelines Robustly manage cost, particularly for medical claims where cost containment processes may be required Make accurate coverage decisions Provide a fast and easy claims experience, always meeting service level requirements Maintain a strong level of knowledge of your insurance products Support your team and the wider business to meet our customer and business needs

Skills and Experience required

+2 years previous experience in a travel claims role Ability to manage medical travel claims from notification to closure Experience in cost containment of medical claims, including verification of reasonable costs and appropriate treatment pathways Ability to interpret and apply insurance policy wordings Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent listening skills A passion for delivering 5-star customer service A team player, always willing to support colleagues for the benefit of the customer and business Strong attention to detail Desire to learn new products and skills - we are always learning!
