Trusts and Statutory Executive £30,000 to £32,000 per year Full-time, 35 hours per week Permanent contract Based in London / home and flexible working Our client empowers people with the skills they need to succeed in life. Together they're helping people change their stories. You could join their fundraising team to support the growth and sustainability of their work with a wide range of funders. What youll be doing This is an exciting time to join our clients ambitious Trusts and Statutory fundraising team. They are supported by a wide range of charitable trusts. You will manage your own portfolio of core funders and support the team in cultivating and stewarding high worth funder relationships to generate income for all programmes. You will research potential funders, ensuring they are receptive to an application to support our clients work, and write grant applications. You will also have an opportunity to develop your fundraising skills, working closely with a broad range of colleagues to generate income from their projects across the UK. As you learn more about their work, you will become a skilled and confident communicator of their programmes, able to convey their impact to potential funders in discussions and writing. Our clients statutory income has grown in recent years and support for this work will also be an essential part of your role. Guided by the Fundraising Manager, you will coordinate the tendering process and ensure teams across the organisation know about relevant upcoming tenders and all application requirements. You will be contracted to our clients office in London but able to work flexibly from home for the majority of your working week, if you prefer, under their home working policy. What our client is looking for You will be a skilled researcher, communicator and writer with at least a years experience of fundraising, including building relationships and working collaboratively. You will also need excellent written and spoken communications, including attention to detail and the ability to write a compelling case for support. Experience of fundraising for community development, education or health would be an advantage. Why our clients work is so vital Reading and writing change everything.
