Bristow Holland is excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a Field Engineer to join a leading cloud telephony company. In this role, you will play a vital part in the installation and support of VoIP systems, ensuring that the services are delivered seamlessly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: * Install new CAT5e cabling and enhance existing data cabling infrastructure, including trunking. * Conduct site surveys and provide detailed reports of your findings. * Install VoIP phones, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi systems. * Provide on-site customer support and complete work to agreed provisioning process timescales. * Balance customer satisfaction with business needs while adhering to project timelines. Essential Skills: * In-depth knowledge of CAT5e cabling installation. * Ability to complete work to a high standard while adhering to Health & Safety regulations. * Proven experience in similar roles with excellent time management and diplomatic skills. * Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively. Desirable skills: * Experience in the installation of VOIP/WIFI systems, and configuration management of routers, switches, and phones. Additional Requirements: * Full clean driving license. * Willingness to be away from home between 1 to 4 nights per week. * A DBS check will be required with a satisfactory response before commencing work
