Job Title: Injection Moulding Setter DAYS or NIGHTS (PANAMA SHIFT) Location: West London Salary: £ATTRACTIVE (Depending on experience and shift patter Job Type: Full-time Shift: 12 hour DAY SHIFT PANAMA or 12 hour NIGHT SHIFT PANAMA (7-7) ---- Key Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to set and optimise our moulding processes, ensuring high-quality production and operational efficiency for one of our customers in West London. In this role, you will troubleshoot issues, maintain records, and support both the tool design and production teams, while ensuring safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities Set up and optimise injection moulding processes to achieve optimal production conditions. Troubleshoot and fault-find on development and production processes to maintain smooth operations. Maintain departmental records and reports accurately. Provide support to the tool design team when needed, ensuring tools are designed and maintained for efficient production. Assist the production team by supporting the operation of injection moulding machines to meet production demands. Identify defective equipment and arrange for repairs or rectification as necessary. Deputise for the Assistant Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth operation and team support. Mentor and support colleagues within the department, promoting skill development and teamwork. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Carry out any additional tasks that fall within your skillset to support the department. Required Skills and Experience Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter, with a strong understanding of moulding processes. Ability to troubleshoot and fault-find in both development and production processes. Experience supporting both tool design and production in a manufacturing environment. Strong organisational and communication skills for record keeping and departmental coordination. Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
