My client a well established distribution and manufacturing company based in Altham is looking for an Administrator to working the HR team Temp-Perm. The hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm but these can be negotiable for the right person.
Duties:
- Assist the HR manager with all administration tasks.
- Good understanding of Microsoft packages and be able to manage Spreadsheets well.
- Filing, scheduling meetings, and handling queries when they arise.
- Email suppliers and customers and deal with telephone calls when the manager isn't free.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on human resources preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
