Security Systems Design Manager – £90,000 – London I am currently representing a well-established and well-respected building services company, who are experiencing significant growth throughout the business. As a result, they are now looking to recruit a senior level security design manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production and delivery of design proposals, reporting to the company directors. Salary Package: £80,000 - £90,000 Car allowance 37.5hr week, Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5pm Early finish Fridays 23 Holidays & Bank Holidays, rising to 31 Hybrid working Private healthcare Life insurance Season ticket loan Discounted gym membership Cycle to work scheme Location/Area: London Duties: Production of CCTV and Access Control system design proposal developed from and compliant with employers requirements Ratification of security system design proposal developed from issued specification and drawings Improvement of security system design proposal that deliver improved and simpler performance at equal or reduced costs Management of design & technical executives to ensure that all designs, technical information, design standards, support and solutions are delivered to standard and timescales. Appraisals and personal development of design & technical executives Liaison with estimating personnel to ensure that incoming tender requirements are understood technically Clarify and provide solutions to any design issues or concerns Regular and documented communication with key clients and industry partners to understand current and changing requirements and needs Utilize information from industry partners to develop and improve our system designs, installations and delivery to clients to improve and better system functionality, operation and cost of delivery. Liaison with Group department personnel to deliver IT and business solutions that work across the company Production of initial scope document for introduction of additional service into the business Ensure all aspects are considered in production of timeline from commencement to rollout Delivery of improved system performance through existing and emerging technology & equipment Delivery of more efficient installation practices on site Requirements: Demonstrate reliability, high level of dependability in all aspects of the role Honest and trust-worthy manner based on integrity and personal accountability Ability to be flexible – change approaches when necessary to achieve goals Good attention to detail and customer focus Previous management experience within the security industry Design/management experience of CCTV, Access control and intruder alarm systems Please contact: Alex Bartley RGB Network Office: (phone number removed) Email: abartley @ rgb .co .uk
