Occasional travel to other offices may be required.Looking for an opportunity to make an impact?..Role Overview:Leidos are seeking an IT Asset Administrator will work within the Business Operations team of Leidos CIO and will be tasked with supporting the management of Leidos’ hardware and software assets. The role will also require you to purchase hardware, software, and miscellaneous IT requirements.You will undertake IT equipment lifecycle administration and reporting, conduct hardware and software license administration and maintenance renewals.Key Responsibilities:Develop understanding of, and competence in, IT Asset Management (ITAM), lifecycle, activities and processesAdminister goods-in process and associated asset tracking activitiesReview hardware & software licensing, support and maintenance contracts with stakeholders and initiate appropriate actions as agreed with supervisorInput license agreements into license management application system and maintain all required documentationWork with Leidos Supply Chain colleagues and IT vendors to progress IT procurement requestsAdminister the corporate mobile phone account ensuring all devices are assigned correctly and aligned with CIO asset recordsMonitor support ticket workload. Ensure completion of work orders in the IT ticket management system (Service Now)Understand and adhere to corporate standards and processesPerform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by their supervisor/managerRequired Skills: Excellent verbal and written and numeracy skillsStrong customer service awarenessUnderstanding process governanceGood organisational skills, methodical and meticulousConfident and self-motivated with a positive can-do attitudeAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentGood Microsoft Office skills (primarily MS Word & Excel)Flexibility and able to adapt to rapidly changing demands & prioritiesDesired Skills:Understanding of the IT Asset management life cycleUnderstanding of Service Now or similar ticketing systemsAwareness of ITIL 4 processesUnderstanding of Project Management principlesPower BI reportingClearance Requirements: Clearance to Start BPSSClearance for Role BPSS Intrigued?
