Plannning Account Director Network Agency Competitive Salary + Extensive Benefit Package As Account Director you will be the planning lead for One Publicis Primark; the primary point of contact for Primark’s Digital Team. You will have responsibility for shaping and driving forward Primark and agency’s strategic visions, ensuring that the day-to-day is running smoothly, but also taking that step up to support your Business Director with additional growth. This role calls for a dynamic and passionate planning mind to be the day-to-day lead and involves performance-led campaign planning, global media information gathering, & reporting across paid media activity, predominately digital.You will have the chance to be a major contributor to shaping the culture of the teams that work in the agency.Build strong, consultative and trusted relationships with key clients, ensuring you’re their first port of call for anything and everythingBe an inspiring leader for the team you work with managing two account managers and supporting an account executiveFoster a culture of learning and self-improvement, setting clear progression plans for your team, encouraging Brave Plays in the way the team approach their work and their own career development (and count on the same support from your own line manager)Our goal is to create brilliant experiences that drive faster growth for our clients, and you will work with various teams within the broader Publicis Media organisation (Data, Analytics, SEO and Content) to do so.Continuously innovating and making Brave Plays to drive growth Leading high quality day-to-day output of the teamSupporting the BD to deliver outstanding work every timeBeing a subject matter expert in your field and delivering operational excellence across the team, including accurate forecasting, invoicing, and timely timesheet completionWhat are we looking for in this Account Director?To be successful in this role, you’ll have significant experience in a client-facing comms planning role specifically performance-led digital activity, ideally with experience in managing multiple planning projects and stakeholders at one time in a fast-paced account In addition to this, we’ll prioritise candidates who have the majority of the below skills and experience:Experience working directly with clients in an agency environment, with the ability to politely push back where necessaryTight project leadership skills including driving accuracy, organization and collaboration from our teamManaging a small team or individual, ensuring all outputs from them are of a high-quality standard Ability to work within and contribute to an integrated agency team across media and data Experience using and interpreting insight tools for planning: TGI, Mintel, GWI, Nielson Strong grasp of the communications planning process and an understanding of how digital channels can work alongside other mediaProven knowledge of digital planning, buying, and analytical evaluation processes with the ability to conceive and develop quality, well-conceived and successful media plansWe are supportive of all candidates and are committed to providing a fair assessment process.
